How We Cook at Llévatelo: Fresh Morning Prep, Real Ingredients & Zero Industrial Trickery

Many meal delivery services rely on industrial kitchens where meals are ultra-processed or heavily preserved to sit in a fridge for weeks.

At Llévatelo we do it differently. We run a local kitchen in Montolivet, Valencia, led by Head Chef Victoria. Honest, freshly cooked meals every weekday — like home cooking, without the sink of dishes.

Our cooking principles

Fresh every morning. The kitchen runs Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM–4:30 PM. No giant Sunday batch for the whole week. What goes in your box was cooked on delivery day.
Real shelf life: 48–72 hours. No chemical preservatives, heavy pasteurisation or gases to stretch food to 12+ days. In the fridge it lasts like good home cooking — two to three days.
Local market ingredients. Mercat comfort dishes and high-protein Superfood bowls use vegetables, meat, fish and greens from trusted suppliers in Valencia.
Honest macros. Ingredients are weighed. Each container is labelled with calories, protein, carbs and fats.

The daily process in our kitchen

Morning prep. Ingredients arrive against real order numbers, so we waste less and cook fresher.

Cooking and portioning. Chef Victoria and the team cook the day’s menu and pack leak-proof containers.

Chill and dispatch. Meals are chilled, then go out with a courier or wait for pickup from 12:00 at Av. d’Amado Granell Mesado, 40 (Montolivet), by Amado Granell — Montolivet metro. More on meal pickup.

What it costs to start

First order: 30% off (usually two days). The calculator adds dishes, days, delivery or pickup. Two people: −10%.

FAQ

Do you use pre-made or frozen ingredients?

No. Sauces, marinades and bases are made from scratch in the morning.

Can I pick up at the kitchen?

Yes. Choose pickup in the calculator and come from 12:00, Monday to Friday — next to Amado Granell — Montolivet metro. It is not a café counter: order on the site first, then collect. Telegram or WhatsApp if the time is unclear.
