Healthy food delivery in Valencia: cooked this morning, not batch-prepped last week

If you moved to Valencia for the light and ended up eating toast, Mercadona rotisserie chicken and late Glovo, you are not failing at adult life — the city just does not hand you a fridge full of decent food. Healthy food delivery in Valencia usually means one of two things: a 12-day vacuum tupper from a factory line, or a “fit” bowl that tastes like punishment. We cook every morning in Montolivet. Shelf life is 48–72 hours, the same window as leftovers you actually want to eat.

What healthy food delivery in Valencia means in this kitchen

Llévatelo is a small kitchen, not a diet clinic. Chef Vicky cooks proper plates: high-protein bowls, market fish, vegetables that still look like vegetables, stews you would recognise at a Sunday table. This is a local kitchen with chef Viktoriia, not a factory line of industrial tuppers. The boxes hold proper food: high-protein bowls, fresh fish, market vegetables, stews you can recognise. We are not a dietitian and we will not promise “minus 5 kg in a week”. We take the daily “what do we eat” problem off your plate.

Most “healthy” tuppers in Spain are built for a long fridge life. Ours are not. The kitchen runs Monday to Friday, 08:30–16:30. Food is cooked that morning. That is the whole pitch — Families get food two or three times a week — usually Monday, Wednesday and Friday, or less often on a short week. Offices get a drop every weekday. That way the fridge does not turn into a wall of identical boxes.

Five reasons people stay

  • Time. No evening supermarket run, no sink full of pans, no “what’s left in the fridge” debate.
  • Freshness. Cooked in the morning. Not industrial vacuum, not a 12-day tupper.
  • Clear plates. Calories and macros on the dish, no chemistry to stretch shelf life. 48–72 hours, like home cooking.
  • Flexibility. Built for a 4–5 day rhythm. Going away? Pause. Pickup from the kitchen, or we deliver.
  • Actually in Valencia. Kitchen at Av. d’Amado Granell Mesado, 40 (Montolivet / Quatre Carreres), by the metro. Spanish, English or Russian — pick one and we will answer in it.

Questions we get from people who just moved here

Do you deliver to my neighbourhood?

Valencia city and nearby towns. The kitchen is in Montolivet / Quatre Carreres. If you are unsure about the postcode, send us a message on WhatsApp o Telegram and we will tell you the day and window.

Can I eat gluten-free, vegetarian or high-protein?

Yes, within that week’s cooking: bowls, fish, meat, gluten-free options, vegetable plates. We are not a 100% vegan kitchen and we do not do medical diets. Flag a serious allergy when you order — we will not guess about traces.

Why doesn’t it last 12 days?

Because we are not using the industrial tricks (hard vacuum, HPP, lab shelf life). You get food that was cooked this morning. That is why we deliver several times a week, and why you eat it within 48–72 hours.

Can I pick up instead of waiting in?

Of course, and it’s so much cheaper that way! You can pick up orders starting after 12:00 PM; we are open until 4:30 PM and located at Av. d’Amado Granell Mesado, 40, 46006.
